Will Richardson of Weblogg-Ed fame has written a great article "Tech Tools for Learning" in the January Edition of Access Learning. It covers Weblogs (of course), RSS, Podcasts, Webcams and Streaming Video. Now you wont find most of these in your average BlackCT, so it looks like teachers at the forefront are yet again bolting together their own set of tools whilst the big LMSs play catchup.
