Effective Practice Cookbook

eLearning Forum Members are compiling an Effective Practice Cookbook
"Provide advice to colleagues to answer this question: 'To make eLearning effective for learners, what should you do?' Task: Consider of the advice would you give to a colleague in response to this question? Your response should be based on a practical tip or suggestion, and succinct enough that you could provide the answer in a "lift conversation" - ie around 150-200 words."
