I've been wiki-ing today (is that a verb?), contributing to the Wikiversity:School for the Advancement of TertiaryTeaching and Learning - Wikibooks. This is a project set up by Wayne Mackintosh at the University of Auckland to go alongside his eXe project. Basically just like wikipedia this will be open source content created by folks like you and me. Come along and have a look and contribute.
