A question came up today about what's out there to help with putting chemical molecules in online resources? Try ChemSketch who now have a freeware version. I had a colleague who used this program a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the results. There's even a 3D viewer which enables you to "handle" a chemical structure in virtual 3D which looked pretty neat to me.
